A benefactor can establish an income source while potentially realizing associated tax and estate preservation benefits.<BR><BR></FONT></LI> <LI><FONT FACE="Arial" SIZE="-1">Consider a Charitable Remainder Trust, which may enable a benefactor to make a gift of appreciated assets to OEBS, while avoiding capital gains taxes of sales of the assets.
