On Saturday, May 3, OEBS presented a Forum on Themes of Follies: Emerging & Established Artists Discuss the Life Cycle.


The keynote speaker was Ted Chapin, renowned Sondheim expert and author of Everything was Possible: The Birth of the Musical Follies.
An intergenerational panel of musicians, dancers, writers and actors explored the themes of Follies, the timeless story of aging, and the passing of wisdom from generation to generation
  Panelists included Ronn Guidi, Lucha Corpi, Bill Bell, Glen Pearson and Bonnie Bell.  
John Kendall Bailey, who does the Symphony's pre-concert talks, moderated.  
     Darla Wigginton accompanied by Bryan Nies, OEBS Assistant Conductor, performed Sondheim's Can That Boy Foxtrot
