The Oakland East Bay Symphony League is a non-profit organization auxiliary to the Oakland East Bay Symphony. The mission of the League is to stimulate community interest to the Oakland Easy Bay Symphony by engaging in fund-raising activities, assisting with season ticket sales, and performing such other services as may become useful from time to time. The League offers educational and social activities through membership meetings and various special events. Membership provides the privilege of being part of one of the prime cultural assets of the East Bay community. |

member today: SPECIAL INVITATIONS - Members receive invitations to a variety of events including fund-raisers sponsored by the Symphony, pre-concert dinners and post-concert receptions, and other activities not normally open to the general public. NEWSLETTER - The OEBS's e-newsletter e-llegro, published quarterly, is sent to each League member. MEETINGS - The League holds general meetings at members' homes or community facilities. These include social, business, and cultural programs which encourage members to get acquainted, network, and exchange ideas. DIRECTORY - The annual League directory lists members' names, addresses and phone numbers for the personal use of members. (This list is never used as a mailing list and is not shared with anyone.) |
